KLUB VERBOTEN
DICE TICKETS
Fake Tickets
Ticket trading outside the Dice platform is not permitted.
Behind the scenes, we try our hardest to create the safe space that is demanded of us and protect ticket buyers as well as preserve discounted early bird tickets to people of lower-income.
All the above is generally being disabled with ticket trading attempts outside the Dice platform. Beyond that, it puts our door crew in the uncomfortable situation to catch you out on arrival with cancelling the potential fake ticket in addition to wasting all the time that we could have put into improving creatively the kind of event one awaits of us.
We appreciate all this might be news but hope it somehow makes some sense.

Who can buy a ticket?
Only approved members can purchase tickets for our members' events as the ticket checkout will require one's membership ID. Further, the Klub Verboten membership card is required to validate a ticket at the doors.
It is not possible to purchase tickets for a person that has been previously banned or rejected from our events or strictly denied membership.
Abuse of the ticket system, sharing of IDs will result in tickets becoming invalid.

What if my smartphone is broken – or I don’t have one?
If you’ve lost, smashed or otherwise mangled your smartphone, just get in touch at help@dice.fm and our team will do everything they can to make sure you can still get into the show.
If you’re low on data or your wifi is dodgy, don’t worry. As long as you’ve viewed your tickets at least once since purchase, they’ll be available to use offline.
And if you accidentally delete DICE, you won’t lose your tickets – they’ll still be there if you re-download and log in again.
If you don’t have a smartphone and can’t download the DICE app, don’t sweat – you can still purchase tickets quickly and easily from DICE.fm.
For any event at a DICE Partner Venue, just complete your purchase as usual and make sure to take some official photo ID with you to the venue box office, where the staff will have your name on a door-list. Our support team can advise on whether a venue is an official DICE Partner.
Solutions at non-partner venues may vary, so give support a shout at help@dice.fm if you have any questions.
Ticket Prices
Most of our tickets get released in 2-4 stages and ranging therefore across various prices depending on the event. Rule of thumb: The earlier one buys a ticket the cheaper it will be. All early-bird release times can be found in our monthly newsletter.
Please note that ticket providers may add a small ticket fee on top of our ticket prices to provide you with the electronical ticket system and support service. This happens outside Verboten's universe.
Waiting List / Ticket Returns
1. When a show sells out, the Waiting List is activated and fans can start signing up.
2. If a ticket holder can’t attend the show, they can easily put their tickets up for sale on DICE once the event sells out. There is a 24/hr window before the returns can start happening after an event sells out.
3. Those tickets are then offered to the first person on the Waiting List – so make sure your notifications are turned on, as you’ll only have between 20 to 60 mins to claim a ticket if it's offered to you.
(Below you can find a screenshot of such email notification.)
4. As soon as the tickets have been accepted, a refund is processed for the fan who returned them. Please allow 5-10 working days for such to arrive with your bank.
Your position on the Waiting List depends on when you joined and how many tickets you want – kind of like when you’re queuing for a restaurant that doesn’t take reservations. If you only want one or two tickets, you’re more likely to get sorted out first.
For any ticket support, please email help@dice.fm
Ticket Transfers
Klub Verboten does not permit ticket transfers in order to maintain high level of security and ensure only members buy tickets. We ask DICE to restrict this feature and by doing this we know exactly who is coming to our events. You will be able to see the ticket transfer button on your ticket but it will be inactive as it is always turned off for Klub Verboten. You cannot nominate another DICE user to receive your ticket for Klub Verboten events.
Ticket Refunds
Klub Verboten does not permit refunds. However, the ticket resell feature becomes active as soon as an event sells out. Your tickets will be offered to the first fan on the Dice Waiting List. If they accept the tickets, Dice will process a refund within 5-10 working days. Please note there is a 24/hr window before the returns function activates after an event sells out.
If your ticket does not sell via the waiting list, you will retain the ticket and won’t be refunded.
