We aim to ensure each event space offers accessibility and wellbeing accomodation for our guests. On every Dice event page description, information on venue accessibility is detailed such as step access, floors, queue times, toliets, and ventilation. Pre-show access to mitigate queue concerns can be considered based on individual accessibility needs.
For sensory concerns, keep in mind that due to the nature of our events there is likely to be some moving lights and strobing, a little smoke, and loud music. We aim to provide a space which offers a more quiet or calm area should any guest need some air or become overstimluated. Should you happen to feel overwhelmed or need assistance at any point, please reach out to someone from our Safeguarding Team who can assist you.
If you have any additional queries regarding accessibility and wellbeing, please feel free to contact our community support.
In order to be eligible for carer/personal assistant tickets, we ask you to supply one of the following forms of supporting documentation:

Documentation must state your full name and accessibility requirements. All documents will be securely stored and disposed of once your application has been processed. You may send supporting documentation, either by scan or clear photograph, via email to our community support.
If you feel you may be eligible for a carer/personal assistant to accompany you, reach out us via email with the above supporting documents.
Please ensure you contact us as soon as possible before an event regarding your accessibility requirements.
Our safeguards are posted throughout the event space to ensure readily available access to additional assistance. Our team is full of well trained and friendly humans. Please feel free to approach our safeguards at any time should you have accessibility questions or wellbeing concerns.
