LOST PROPERTY

All lost property gets stored with the venue, and you will need to reach out to the venue directly with the following details:

+ Name of the event

+ Date

+ Description of the item

We are generally cannot be of assistance as we do not work on-site outside the hours of the event taking place.

They will keep lost property items for four weeks; after this, they donate any unclaimed items to charity.

IMPORTANT

During the event, we generally recover a lot of lost property, which then gets handed to the lost property storage of the venue. There is always a couple of phones, wallets and underwear that we successfully recover. You can approach any venue staff during the night to retrieve your lost property.

Once the event finishes, you will need to get in touch with the venue to relocate your cock-ring that was lost somewhere within the 8000 sq ft of club space. For logistical purposes, we will not be able to help.
