VENUE ADDRESS

The venue address is usually kept secret for all Klub Verboten events till the day of the event and gets sent out around midday to the email address one used to register with the Dice ticketing app.

Ignore the Dice map within the app.

If you feel that you have not received it, please check your spam, promotions or social folders of your mail provider first, it's very very likely to be there.

If you have unsubscribed from Dice's email notifications you may not receive it.

Please contact help@dice.fm if you checked all the above and have not received the address by 2 pm on the event day.

Please note that we have no access to the ticket shop backend, thus we can not be of any assistance. If you feel you have not received the venue's address you will need to reach out to Dice to have the email resend to you.

Last-minute ticket buyers need to allow Dice up to 1h before receiving the address automatically.

The venue's address is only of little use if you have not received the email containing all event-specific details.

Please do not share or ask for venue details in our social media groups.
